Capri Transport

Bus and Taxi are the main modes of transportation in Capri.

The main bus company is S.I.P.P.I.C. and covers most of the island. Routes go between Via Marina Grande, Capri, Anacapri, Grotta Azzurra and Faro, and run up to midnight. A funicular goes between Marina Grande and Capri.

Staiano run buses from Anacapri going to Grotto Azzurra (Blue Grotto), the Faro (lighthouse) and other ports near by.

Take the Monte Solaro chair lift to get some of the best view of the island.
